Adomas Auškalnis was born in 1981 in Lithuania.

Studies:
Entered Faculty of Dentistry, Kaunas Medical University in 1999.
In 2002 studied at Greifswald Ernst Moritz Arndt University (Germany).
Graduated the Faculty of Dentistry, Kaunas Medical University in 2004 and was qualified as a general dentist.
In 2004-2005 did his internship at Clinic of Dental and Oral Pathology, Kaunas Medical University Clinics (KMUC).
In 2005-2007 studied Oral surgery at KMUC.
In 2009 graduated residency in Periodontology Specialization at KMUC.
In 2015 defended PhD in the field of Biomedical Sciences, Dentistry at Lithuanian University of Health Sciences.
PhD thesis topic: “Etiological Factors And Formation Mechanism Of Oral Bony Outgrowths. Study of Twins”.
Since 2023 European Prosthodontic Association Recognised Specialist in Prosthodontics.

Practice:
2005-2013 worked as a dentist at dental clinic Aukštėja, field of work- restorative dentistry.
Private practice in Center of Restorative Dentistry and dental clinic &Smile (Kaunas) since 2013.
Work at Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Clinic of Dental and Oral Pathology: as assistant 2008-2015, as lecturer 2015-2019

Memberships:
Member of Lithuanian Association of Prosthodontists since 2013.
Member of European Prosthodontic Association since 2019.
Since 2009 is lecturer at the Lithuanian Dental Chamber, gives lectures and teaches practical courses.
Since 2007 gave more than 150 presentations and courses nationally and internationally.
